Where are your products from?
Our products are mainly air-flown goods from around the world. They take a flight to the little reddot and from there, we will make sure that our goods are delivered to you the next day! You may find country of origin stated under the product description.
Are there any local products?
Yes, we do have local products occasionally and we are in the midst of working with local growers to bring in their fresh produce. We have also with us local snack that are uniquely Singapore.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
If you find any products that are not up to your standard, fret not! Kindly call us at +65 9352 2483 between 10 am to 9 pm and our team will respond to you at the fastest possible time.
Do kindly note that some of the produce may have natural scarring which we are unable to eliminate however, we will ensure that that all our goods are the freshest possible.

How does it work?
1. Select the type of box you like for the week. Available options are Fruits box, A Little of Everything Box.
2. Perfect your content by removing what you do not like and replace them with another item.
3. Submit and pay for your order. Wait for your order to be delivered the very next day!
Just leave everything to us as we carefully prepare everything for you WITH OUR LIFE, CROSS OUR HEARTS.
How will I know what's in the box for the next week?
Box contents are updated under the product description every Friday 2359 for the week ahead.
How do I remove items that I do not want?
Select the fruits you do not want up to 3 items. Indicate any other items in the menu to replace the unwanted items under the comments section when checking out using the following format:
NEVER SEND: xxx
However, all changes are subject to availability of the item. You will be informed by our team should there be any unavailable items. For items with an asterix (*), do note that they cannot be selected as a replacement item.
Can I add on other products outside of the Nature's Harvest Box menu?
Yes of course, you may cart the other products such as snacks into your cart and bill them together.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that you may change your mind, do kindly inform us one (1) day in advance with your order number to make the necessary arrangements. Otherwise, cancellation fee of $30 may apply.

Is the cost of delivery extra or included?
We offer free delivery for orders $80 and above. Delivery fees applies for orders under $80 at a flat fee of $20.
Can I choose my delivery date and time?
We delivery from Monday to Saturday from 1100 to 1500 (Not applicable for eves and public holidays). We do not do delivery on Sunday. If you have a preferred date or time, kindly input under the comments section when checking out. It is not a guarantee but we will try our best to meet your preference.
Do you have any collection point?
You may collect your goods at our store from 1000hrs to 2100hrs daily at 301 Upper Thomson Road #01-61 S574408 (THOMSON PLAZA).

Do I have to wait for a confirmation update upon purchase?
Once your order is submitted and payment has been made, our team will update you on the confirmed delivery time slot and also availability of our freshest produce in case any goods are not available.
What is Fruits@office?
At Reddot Orchard, we offer the finest and freshest produce from farms straight to you. As low as $2/staff, our dedicated team will hand-pick the best fruits for your employees.
We offer fruit cups, fruit juices and even weekly fruit delivery to your office. Any roadshow are welcome to.
